system of the accessing device. The following data is collected:
• IP address of the user (anonymised or full, depending on configuration)
• Date and time of access

Section 4 Cookies
4.1 Description and scope
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored in or by the internet browser on the user's
computer system. When a website is accessed, a cookie may be stored on the user's operating system.
We use the following categories of cookies:
Technically necessary cookies:
These cookies are strictly necessary for the operation of the website and cannot be disabled. They allow, for
example, the cookie settings themselves to be saved. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in
operating the website). Analytical cookies (only with consent):
These cookies enable the analysis of user behaviour to optimise our website. They are only set if the user has
actively agreed in the cookie banner. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
Third-party cookies (only with consent):
For the integration of external content (e.g. YouTube videos), third parties may set their own cookies. For details,
see Section 6 of this policy.
4.2 Objection and opt-out
You can adjust your cookie settings at any time via the cookie banner on our website. Cookies that are not
technically necessary can be rejected or revoked at any time. The lawfulness of processing carried out up to the
point of revocation remains unaffected.

Section 5 Contact by e-mail
5.1 Description and scope
It is possible to contact us by e-mail (tools@wowa.info). In this case, the personal data of the user transmitted with
the e-mail is stored. This includes at least the sender's e-mail address, the time of receipt and the content of the
message. The data is not passed on to third parties in this context and is used solely for processing the
conversation.
5.2 Legal basis
The legal basis for processing the data is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. If the purpose of the contact is to conclude a contract
(e.g. a product enquiry or order), the additional legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
5.3 Storage period
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. For
personal data from e-mails, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has ended and no
statutory retention obligations (in particular tax-related periods of up to 10 years) apply.

Section 6 YouTube videos (Google LLC)
6.1 Description and scope
Videos from the YouTube platform are embedded on our website. The platform is operated by Google LLC, 1600

The YouTube videos are only loaded with your consent. Without consent, a placeholder is shown in place of the
video (two-click solution / cookie consent management).
If you activate the embedding and play a video, your browser establishes a direct connection to the
YouTube/Google servers. YouTube thereby receives information about which of our pages you have visited as
well as your IP address.
6.2 Transfer to a third country
Google LLC is based in the USA. A data transfer to the USA takes place. Google LLC has joined the EU-US Data
Privacy Framework, which was recognised by the European Commission in its adequacy decision of 10 July 2023.
In addition, the transfer is based on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).
6.3 Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent can be revoked at any
time via the cookie banner.

The use of the files is subject to the separate licence agreement for 3D print files, available at wowa.info. Personal
data of downloaders is not used for marketing purposes and is not passed on to third parties.
7.2 Legal basis and storage period
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the proper provision of files and protection against
misuse). The data is automatically deleted in line with the server logs after no more than 7 days.
